We collect personal information that you provide when you place an order, submit an enquiry, request a viewing, commission a custom piece or contact us. This may include your name, email address, telephone number, delivery and billing address, order details, product preferences, correspondence and payment status/reference information.

Online payments are processed by secure third-party payment providers such as Paystack. We do not receive or store your full payment-card number or card security code. We may retain payment references, transaction status and related records needed to reconcile orders, handle refunds, prevent fraud and meet legal or accounting obligations.

Tommy D Jewellers aims to process personal information lawfully and responsibly in accordance with South Africa’s Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards designed to protect personal information against loss, misuse, unauthorised access, disclosure or alteration.

Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose collected, contractual and legal recordkeeping, dispute resolution, fraud prevention or other lawful business requirements. Where a service provider processes information outside South Africa, we use providers and arrangements intended to provide appropriate protection.

The website may use essential cookies, local storage or session storage for functions such as the shopping bag, checkout continuity, login/security controls and site performance. These technologies are used to operate the site and are not intended to sell or trade your personal information.
